How I started

The search led me to the science of DMI test in 2014. This Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMI test) is a scientific biometric test which tells about the individuals’ innate qualities like basic nature, areas of strengths and weakness, learning styles, aptitude and more. The results of this test helps to choose subjects and careers for which we have a natural inclination. I researched and found the reports of Brainwonders very convincing.

I first tried the test for myself and later did the test for my daughters. The surprisingly detailed mental mapping, correlation and deductions in their reports of our mental faculties were very accurate. This good tool opened up another opportunity for me to be able to help others. Hence in 2015 I took the professional counselling training and franchise from Brainwonders for Nagpur which now I continue in Mumbai. Before embarking on as a professional DMI counsellor I read a lot from varied sources to expand my knowledge on child development and functions of the brain. There were multiple discussions with co-counsellors and professionals from the field of psychology. This helped me hone in my report understanding and interpretation skills and to be able to give objective inputs during counselling.

My journey as a counsellor

I started this journey by conducting workshops in schools and took part in events where both parents and children were present. I also encouraged my friends to try it for themselves as well as for their kids. The response was overwhelmingly positive. They found the take-aways from my counselling so precise, clear and practicable that they started recommending my name to others. Soon people from all walks of life started approaching me for getting the test done. Wanting to delve deeper into the human mind, I undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This learning is now beautifully complementing my counselling. Since then I’ve done more than 1150 counselling and all of them are very happy with the outcome.

I have counselled IAS officers, army officers, doctors, engineers, professors, education heads, entrepreneurs, scientists, sports aspirants, National Panel sports coach, artists, and students and so on.

Career introspection, academic excellence, behavioural issues, aptitude, potential, curiosity, matrimony,  and even as specific as choosing ones business partners based on their compatibility and aptitudes, are some of the reasons that bring them to me.

The feedback I received is that the guidance and tips I give are valid, “insightful”, “well explained”, “easily implementable” and sometimes even “life changing”. Some said that they “never believed that the interpretation could be so accurate”. They felt “empowered”, “confident” and “motivated” as their qualities were explained to them scientifically.
